True XD I dunno, I just can't see Hinata wearing such kind of skirt. To be honest, I always imagine that Hinata is some kind of tomboy and that she doesn't like wearing skirts and dresses at all.

Well I see her being very conservative in her clothes. Not showing alot since she's so shy. I can see her wearing a dress like that dress Kishi drew on her to show the staffers how she looked like.

Yeah, that's why I thought she was kind of a tomboy. But that was before I had seen Konoha Gakuen (the OVA where she wears a dress). Though I do have to admit, she does look good in a dress.
